What is Accounting & Bookkeeping?

Accounting and bookkeeping help businesses record, organise, and manage financial transactions accurately. Bookkeeping focuses on maintaining day-to-day records such as sales, purchases, expenses, and bank entries, while accounting converts these records into financial reports that support taxation, audits, business decisions, and loan applications.

– What We Handle

Our Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

From your first transaction to year-end finalisation, your complete financial back-office — accurate, compliant,
and always ready for your bank or auditor.

Daily Bookkeeping

Every invoice, bill, and receipt recorded in Tally or your preferred software — daily, so errors get caught early and cash flow stays visible.

Books of Accounts

Cash book, bank book, sales and purchase registers, and ledgers maintained continuously under Companies Act and GST law.

Financial Statements

Monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow — prepared in the exact format your bank or auditor asks for.

GST Accounting

CGST, SGST, IGST, and RCM accounting with input tax credit reconciliation, keeping GSTR filings accurate and on time.

Payroll Management

Salary computation, PF/ESI, TDS on salary, and Form 16 — handled accurately for every employee, every month.

Payables & Receivables

Ageing analysis and outstanding-payment tracking, so cash flow problems get caught before they become urgent.

Bank Reconciliation

Every account reconciled monthly against your books, so discrepancies are resolved in the month they occur — not during a loan review.

Performance Reporting

Monthly summaries of revenue trends, expenses, and profitability by segment — so decisions are based on numbers, not gut feel.

Account Finalisation

Ageing analysis and outstanding-payment tracking, so cash flow problems get caught before they become urgent.

A cost-effective way to get expert, consistent financial management —
without the overhead of a full in-house team.

Cost Savings

CA-supervised accounting at a fraction of the ₹15,000–₹35,000/month cost of an in-house hire, with no PF, ESI, or leave-cover gaps.

Improved Tax Compliance

Accurate books are the foundation of accurate GST, TDS, and income tax filings — reducing notices, penalties, and interest demands.

Accurate Records

Structured processes and multi-level review mean every entry and reconciliation is correct the
first time.

Always Bank-Loan Ready

Current balance sheets and reconciliation statements on hand, so your loan application moves at the bank’s pace — not yours.

Bookkeeping vs Accounting: What's the Difference?

Many business owners use the terms bookkeeping and accounting interchangeably, but they serve different purposes. Bookkeeping focuses on recording and organizing daily financial transactions, while accounting analyzes that financial data to prepare reports, ensure compliance, and support better business decisions. Both are essential for maintaining accurate financial records and keeping your business audit-ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much does your accounting and bookkeeping service cost?

Pricing depends on your transaction volume, whether payroll and GST filing are included, and how frequently you need reports. Share your monthly invoice/transaction count with us and we'll quote a fixed monthly fee — no per-hour billing surprises.

2. I'm already 6 months behind on my books. Can you fix that?

Yes. Catching up backlogged books is one of our most common engagements. We'll ask for your bank statements, invoices, and purchase bills for the pending period and reconstruct your accounts before moving to regular monthly bookkeeping.

3. Which accounting software do you use — can I keep my current one?

We primarily work in Tally ERP, but we can work within your existing software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, etc.) if you already have one set up and want to keep your data there.

4. Is my financial data safe with an outsourced firm?

Your data is handled under strict confidentiality as a standard part of every engagement, in line with the ICAI Code of Ethics. It's never shared, discussed, or referenced outside your specific engagement.

5. Do you also handle my GST returns, or just bookkeeping?

Both. GSTR filing, ITC reconciliation, and RCM accounting are part of the accounting service — your books and your GST returns come from the same reconciled data, so they never contradict each other.

6. What if I need my Balance Sheet urgently for a bank loan next week?

Because your books are updated continuously rather than once a year, we can turn around a current Balance Sheet, P&L, or bank reconciliation statement within days — not the 2–3 weeks it takes when records are reconstructed from scratch.

7. I'm a very small trader/shop owner — is this only for bigger companies?

No — we work with proprietorships, small traders, and single-location shops just as much as companies and LLPs. Pricing scales down with lower transaction volume.

8. Do I need to be based in Bhopal to use your services?

No. Everything is handled online — documents shared digitally, reports delivered by email — so we serve clients across all Indian states, not just Madhya Pradesh.

9. Is there a minimum contract period, or can I leave anytime?

Engagements typically run monthly with no long lock-in. If you want to move to an in-house accountant or another firm later, we hand over your books in a clean, transferable format.

10. Who actually looks at my accounts — a CA, or a data entry person?

Every engagement is supervised by a qualified CA on our team — entries aren't left solely to junior staff. Multi-level checks (entry, report, and reconciliation level) happen before anything reaches you.
