All service engagements are governed by the specific scope of work communicated at the time of engagement—through WhatsApp, email, or a formal proposal. The engagement is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed professional fee or advance payment.

2 Client Responsibilities

To enable Sharda Associates to deliver services accurately and on time, clients must do the following:

  • Inform us of any changes to the information provided during the engagement
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary permissions and approvals required for their business activities

3 Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines communicated at the time of engagement are subject to timely receipt of all required documents and information from the client. Timelines may be affected by:

  • Delays in document submission by the client
  • Government portal downtime or processing delays
  • Bank or agency processing timelines beyond our control
  • Force majeure events

4 Revisions and Corrections

Sharda Associates provides revisions for deliverables when the revision is required due to an error on our part or due to bank/agency feedback on report format or content. Revisions requested due to changes in the client’s business plan, investment amount, or scope after report delivery may attract additional charges.

5. Fees and Payment

1. Professional Fees

Professional fees are communicated to the client before engagement confirmation. Fees vary by service type, complexity, loan amount, and scheme. A clear fee quote is provided in the consultation call or via WhatsApp/email before any payment is requested.

2 Advance Payment

Most service engagements require full or partial advance payment before work commences. The advance amount is communicated at the time of fee quotation.

3. Refund Policy

Fees paid for services already commenced or delivered are generally non-refundable. 4 Government Fees and Charges

Government fees, stamp duty, Registrar of Firms fees, DPIIT portal fees, and any other statutory charges are payable by the client separately and are not included in Sharda Associates’ professional fee unless explicitly stated.
