1.Capital Subsidy
- Aviation infrastructure development might cost up to 25% of the entire project cost (maximum of ₹10 crore).
2. Interest Subsidy
- 5% interest subsidy on term loans for 5 years (up to ₹50 lakh/year).
3. Land Allotment
- Government land at concessional rates for setting up airports, helipads, and aviation training centers.
4 Stamp Duty Reimbursement
- Stamp duty is reimbursed at 50% for aviation-related land purchases.
3. Wheeling Charges Waiver
- 50% waiver on wheeling charges for 5 years; no charges for supply to MPPMCL.
4. Transport & Freight Assistance
- Land available at 35% of guideline rate for Mode-III projects.
5 Airport Infrastructure Development Grant
- Up to ₹5 crore for airport infrastructure development, whether existing or new.
6. Training Incentive
- Up to ₹2 lakh per person for training pilots, ground crew, and aviation staff.
7. Fuel Tax Rebate
- The VAT on aviation fuel has been reduced from 20% to 5% for domestic airlines operating in Madhya Pradesh.
8 Regional Connectivity Fund (RCF)
- Support under the RCF for providing viability gap funding (VGF) to airlines operating in underserved routes.
7. Carbon Credits
- Developers can claim carbon credits for reducing emissions.
8. Tax Benefits
- Exemption from energy development cess for 10 years.
