The Madhya Pradesh Biofuel Project Scheme offers a variety of financial and operational incentives to support biofuel manufacturing units:
1.Basic Investment Promotion Assistance
- Up to ₹200 crore in seven equal annual installments for each project.
2. Infrastructure Development Assistance
- 50% subsidy on infrastructure development costs up to ₹5 crore.
3. Green Industrialization Assistance
- 50% subsidy up to ₹5 crore for waste management systems; up to ₹10 crore for Zero Liquid Discharge systems.
4. IPR Assistance
- 100% reimbursement for patents, copyrights, and trademarks up to ₹10 lakh per unit for the first 5 years.
5. Quality Certification
- 50% reimbursement for certification costs (maximum ₹1 lakh).
6. Electricity Duty Exemption
100% exemption for 10 years from the date of commissioning. |
7. Stamp Duty Reimbursement
- 50% reimbursement on stamp duty for land purchase.
8. Customized Package for Mega Projects
- For investments over ₹500 crore, a customized package under the Industrial Promotion Policy (IPP) 2025.
