- Unemployed youth from urban and rural areas (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Divyaang, and Backward Classes) can apply for low-interest loans to start their own businesses under the scheme. (Applicable to MSMEs)
- Under this scheme, a loan of 50,000 rupees can be obtained with no guarantee.
- During the plan, a loan of up to Rs 25 lakh is available. In addition, he or she will receive a loan subsidy of up to 40%.
- The grant amount cannot exceed 5 lakh.

Objective of Mukhyamantri Rojgar

To provide all necessary assistance and support to first-generation business owners starting Micro Enterprises, including teaching them how to develop new ideas, plan ahead, and write project proposals, as well as assisting them in obtaining loans or financial aid through various loan programmes from Nationalized/Commercial banks and Regional Rural Banks, so they can go into business for themselves and create new job opportunities. The goal would be distributed based on factors such as population, unemployment, resource availability, upcoming technology, and district backwardness.
